By downloading or using Nani?! Japan ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is provided for personal, non-commercial travel-culture entertainment. Content is provided "as is" for informational and entertainment purposes; local customs, prices, opening patterns, and cultural notes are best-effort and may change over time. Always use your own judgment when travelling.
The App offers one optional one-time purchase ("Unlock all Japan") that permanently unlocks all sealed content, including areas added later. It is not a subscription and never renews. The purchase is processed and managed by Apple and is tied to your Apple ID; you can restore it on any of your devices with the "Restore purchase" button. Apple's standard EULA applies to licensed content.
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or its content except as permitted by law.
The App is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App — including decisions made while travelling — to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
